If you are in the business of transporting very large volumes of liquids by rail, then we recommend that you do your filling with our ON-SPOT system – its enormous capacity will impress you. The ON-SPOT system is based on sequential filling of coupled tankwagons that carry different products.
| The advantage of an ON-SPOT system is that it can simultaneously fill two tankwagons on a single platform. With several parallel platforms the system can load up to 20,000 tonnes per day. The ON-SPOT control system also reduces shunting times, optimizes the process, and reduces erroneous fillings. 
 Everything works nearly on its own
Our ON-SPOT system works as follows: the operator activates the automatic positioning of the tankwagons, sets the filling tube and switches on the fully automated filling process: positioning of the filling tube, flow, on-off switching, venting, etc. |
